The CCA is designed to create open, onchain price discovery from day one. Rather than setting aside tokens through a private sale or giving selected participants a predetermined entry price, STRAT is released into a public auction where demand determines the price over time. Everyone participates through the same auction, under the same rules, with bids and price discovery occurring transparently onchain. There is zero founder allocation, zero team allocation, and no private token round. The auction also establishes the Genesis capital for Bitcoin Strategy, with the majority of successful proceeds intended to bootstrap the Bitcoin treasury. This is currently the only official way to acquire $STRAT.
