Greece's first cryptocurrency, named after the country's ancient currency, is called DRACHMI. The goal is to establish DRACHMI as a secondary currency in the tourism industry. 35 million tourists could pay for their vacations with DRACHMI. A mining app is currently in development and will allow users to easily mine DRACHMI. Additionally, free training and seminars are planned for the population, as only 4% of Greeks are familiar with cryptocurrencies.
