Clout is an innovative new DeFi solution built on the Binance-Smart-Chain that focuses on two main objectives: decentralization and democratization. In this article, the Clout team will delve into the technicalities behind the protocol, and how we’re planning on building it. Clout offers a public and private file sharing protocol linked to a state of the art, ultra secure platform. No file on the Clout network could ever be hacked, as the only way to retrieve a file is through file hash. (don’t worry you wont need to remember anything! Public data will be shared publicly on chain, and you’ll be able to review your upload history directly from your wallet.) For simplicity, we will split this article into 2 pieces. Part one, is a brief explanation of the technology that will be used. Part two, will explain the building process for the protocol
