Over-the-counter (OTC) token sales are transacted off exchanges to help charts move up. The $OTC dapp and contract allow you to sell via the dapp versus Uniswap. This helps the chart move up (no sell on dex), the seller saves a lot of fees/taxes + burns their sold tokens via the $OTC dapp. Dex taxes replenish the ETH pool that “buys” tokens from sellers.
