ATLAS is a Certificate of Deposit token that inflates its supply at a starting rate of 4% per year. Those who stake their tokens get a share of the inflation as interest. ATLAS follows the Bigger Pays Better and Longer Pays Better principles, meaning that if you stake more and for a longer period of time, you will get a higher interest rate for your stake. ATLAS has a 5%/10% buy/sell tax used to promote sustainable price increases and increase liquidity depth. ATLAS has a built-in DAO to control total market capitalization and daily inflation rate. To change either of those values, share holders can issue a change proposal, and use their shares to vote on it. For a proposal to take effect, more than 50% of all shares have to be used to vote.
