IBM Watson is a question-answering computer system capable of answering questions posed in natural language, developed in IBM's DeepQA project by a research team led by principal investigator David Ferrucci.​The AI bot has already been developed and is usable via Telegram, with Web 3 integration within Phase 2 of the roadmap. This will allow holders to benefit majorly, from adverts, specialist features that roll out during further development. The goal is to have computers start to interact in natural human terms across a range of applications and processes, understanding the questions that humans ask and providing answers that humans can understand and justify, while implementing crypto based reward systems all in one.
