Well first we would need to find around 50+ people who would buy a very small marketcap coin. This would be possible for around 50 to 100 dollars. But the whale CAN NOT SELL his coins. The whale would only receive rewards that are giving out in ADA. With the marketing and shilling from the original 100 investors the could would get the volume needed to pay the initial investment from the whales and what comes after would be the profit that they would make with the coin.
